GTS stands for global trade station, it is located in goldenrod city to the west and requires wi-fi connection, you can put Pokemon up for trade in exchange for a Pokemon of your choice that you have seen in the wild or with a in game trainer, you can also view battles and see other Pokemon boxes.

Go to Goldenrod then enter the GTS check the pokemons you want to trade with you have to have Wifi talk to the lady at the counter then connect to Wifi then there you go!
I think you get when you own 250 Pokemon but I'm not sure because I can't get the Pokemon through the GTS I need to get that many.
No it does not have every Pokemon you can get more types of Pokemon by trading at the GTS or without wi-fi at the second floor of the Pokemon center with the middle lady. hope this helps ;)
