The exact halfway point is on I-30 between Arkadelphia and Bryant, southwest of Little Rock. If I were making that trip, I'd stop in Hot Springs.
It was known as Little London.
Near the Four Corners area is about as close to halfway as you can get if you are looking to stop. There is a hotel/casino there a little north in Colorado. See the related link.
The halfway point between Tampa, Florida and Manhattan Kansas, falls in or around Nashville, Tennessee.
There are four Denvers in the US. I'll assume you mean the one in Colorado. What I can't know is where in Kansas you're going. The halfway point to Colby is Arriba, CO. The halfway point to Kansas City is Collyer, KS. It's 183 miles between those two cities and any of them could be your halfway point.
Blue Springs, MS, a little west of Tupelo.
The halfway point between Blountstown, Florida and Little Rock, Arkansas is in Eldridge, Alabama.

* Rock Springs Wyoming * Rock Springs Wisconsin * Rock Falls Illinois * Rocky Ford Colorado
Tulsa OK seems like the best halfway point for that trip. It is 636 miles from Indianapolis to Tulsa out of a 1,277 giving 641 miles to drive on the second leg. Tulsa is large enough to provide a variety of accomodations for an overnight stay, and an adequate supply of things to do for an extended stay. Add another 110 miles and you could consider Oklahoma City as a place to Remain OverNight (RON). That cuts the second leg down to a quick run to Santa Fe and an earlier arrival.
