The headlight adjustment for the 1989 F150 2WD is below the actual headlight. You will need to pull the tab at the top of the headlight up to release the headlight and then you can adjust the angle of the light with the long bolt below the housing.
A 2WD Tahoe does not have torsion adjustment bolts, it uses front coil springs and not torsion bars.

i had the same problem today..something is wrong with my switch...but all i did was unplugged the battery for about 2 mins and plugged it back up and it's back in 2wd. Hope this helped you out!
easy, take out the old engine, and put in the 350. it really is that simple.
from 89 through 1996 the rims have the same bolt circle and from 1997-2003 and 2004-2011. However, if the tires are larger than stock on the 4x4 you will probly have clearance issues on the 2x4.
