Interestingly, pigs are known to be the cleverest, prettiest and nicest smelling out of all humans and animals. Did you know that new york has the most pigs in the world? Most of them hang around in coffee shops, designer shops and museums. They particularly like chanel and Prada. Actually the mayor of New York City reckons that the pigs will soon take over and will reign new york like they intended to do in 1873. Their Latin name is pigus and they are amazing, inspirational creatures with a VERY interresting history and culture.

I do not believe there have ever been any religions that worshiped pigs, however they were revered as sacrificial animals by the Greeks, Romans and even the Egyptians at some points in their history (the nations, not the pigs, although it was certainly in the pig history as well I suppose).Recently however, according to UK law, Man-Bear-Pig is now an official religion, so at least 1/3rd of their Deity is pig...so...I guess...they ummm...you know...worship pigs...sorta.
