There is the Sirat an-Nabi (Biography of the Prophet) by Ibn Ishaq which details Mohammed's life. However, the Qur'an, the chief Islamic holy book, is what God revealed to Mohammed and is more about analysis of extant stories, myths, and histories than a chronology of Mohammed's life.
