Around 45-50 Kg. I know this in meters , if u are 1.70m for example, your weight should be 60kg, if u are 1.55 your weight should be 45kg, get it?It also depends on your bones and muscles's structures because if u have large bones and large muscles it's normal that u will weight more than a 'petite" woman that has the same height that you do.
That is only for women though, not for men.

I say anything between 115-155lbs but if you weigh more or less as long as you don't have high cholesterol or something

well that depends on how old you are!!!!!!! if your 13-16 u should prob weigh 107-111 lbs and if your heigher then 16 then you should weigh around 119lbs hope this helps M Shelly
