Schools that prioritize civic education and critical thinking skills tend to foster more informed and engaged citizens who are open to different viewpoints. However, schools can also inadvertently reinforce existing biases and inequalities if their curriculum or environment lacks diversity and inclusivity.
It did not seem to be judicial activism as there wasn't a larger issue at hand. Rather, the final decision appears historically to be judicial partisanship.
