A good suite of performance measures, appropriate to the activities of the Team is essential to enabling team performance, improvement and morale. A good suite of performance measures should provide feedback on the effectiveness of the Team in the delivery of the products and services they are responsible for, generally measured in terms of their Quality and Delivery performance, and should provide feedback on the efficiency of the team as regards the resources they use, these typically being People, Materials, Equipment and Working Area.

∙ 14y agoIt is very important that we measure the performance of the team this is the only way we can assess whether or not the set objectives are being met and with what standards, if they are not being met where are the flaws and possibly we can identify the measures we need to take in order to rectify those flaws so one could see that how crucial it is to measure the performance of the team. Measuring the team performance will also enable us to benchmark the activities for the future references and also will help us in improving the standard over the time.
