There is no medically known interaction between milk and psychedelic drugs.
However, on "Bicycle Day" (April 19th, 1943) after Dr. Albert Hoffman intentionally ingested about 250 micrograms of pure LSD he had just earlier produced, he called to his neighbor for milk as a cure for his tripping. Hoffman was sure that he had poisoned himself as he found it very difficult to speak intelligibly or think clearly, and strangely chose milk as his antidote.
Cows don't make drugs in their milk. The drugs that humans gave them via injection travel through the bloodstream to the udder, where the compounds from the drugs get "mixed in" with the milk, though in a much lesser concentration than what the cow was injected with initially.
