Iron Man's armor is actually pretty complicated. It is not made out of a solid piece of anything. The entire suit is made of "cells" Each cell is its own unit. Some of the cells are made up of bacterias which have eaten metals such as iron or gold and form a cohesive piece. The bacteria die and leave the metal behind.
Which one?
His first armor was made of a crude alloy. The Mark 2 was made from primarily steel to account for the required durability. The Mark 3 was made from a gold titanium alloy used mainly for space equipment as to help with prolonged damage resistance. After that it varied but it can only improve from there.
The Iron Man suit is made of titanium with a gold finish. I'm not sure why the people called him iron man.
No it is not made of titanium, at the end of the movie he says its made of alloy.
His standard armor suit consists of approximately two million grain-of-sand-sized discrete nanobots that all work together to have a single plate-like armor, when it is actually very flexible. These nanobots are made of a Titanium-white gold alloy.

Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha, you don't even know that?
depends on the suit
titanium
Well i made the iron man suit so there are not many features but i can tell you that one of the features is that you can fly in it but you have to put a lot of petrol and stuff to make the iron man suit fly but some of the features are all secret to me and the actor and i can't tell you how he is so that is all i have to say.
it depends on what suit he wears
Sadly, you cant get the hulk-buster suit. It would be pretty cool if you could.
The Iron Man Suit Is Made Of The Same MaterialsThrough Out Iron Man Movies 1-2, Also In The Avengers. This Material Is A Gold-Titanium Alloy Mix Which Was Designed By Tony Stark Himself In The Movie And In The Newer Generation Comics. For Those Who Are Curious The Material Used In The Original Comics For The Iron Man Suits Was Never Specified, Only Recent Comics And The Movies Have Specified Into The Suits Exact Materials.(Also Note That The Gold-Titanium Alloy And The Arc Reactor Technology Is Science Fiction At This Time In Modern Technology.)
he has a suit that protects him. It makes him fly and helps defend him from enemies
no (fullstop)
A silk/leather material. - The original Spider-Man suit, his traditional red and blue, is made from Lycra and spandex. His most recent Iron Spider-Man costume manufactured by Tony Stark, Is made from much of the Iron and technology of the Iron Man suit while maintaining a Mesh base for Spider-Man's flexibility.

he made a suit so that if enemies would try to hurt him it would just dent the suit and not hurt his body X ;)
Was It mostly Jarvis or Tony? I think Tony what about you. (maybe it was a potato)
no it is not
In short, yes. Iron man being the main character and War machine being a sidekick, Iron man would be stronger. The war machine suit was an earlier design of the iron man suit so, the Iron man suit would have better modifications
get a job, iron man is a movie
There is no iron man suit it is just edf armour but you have to get some downloadable content first
When Tony Stark is in the Iron Man suit, yes it give him "superhuman" strength. Iron man does not have super human strength, he climbs into a suit that allows him to become much stronger
His suit is fiction- just like Iron Man- and is not required to follow the laws of physics. It is entertainment.
Ironman's suit is not made of copper.
