About 750lbs...
second only to the bull terrier (775lbs)...
and people think that pitbulls are strong haha (225lbs)...
size matters in this case actually (except for the bull terrier)..
Great Dane,Cane Corso,Bull Mastiff,Asian Shepherd, caucasian shepherd and Dog Bordeaux bite force are much stronger then for example Doberman,German Shepherd or Pitbull.
tho you must consider that for example Doberman would attack the neck and not your arm (like most of the dogs) and its attack is way more leatel.
in my opinion, the most dangerous dog's breed are :
1. Great Dane. (if a 90kg dog would attack you,you stand no chance).
2. Caucasian Shepherd. (im sure you know why and i dont need to get into detail here.)
3.Asian Shepherd.
4.Bull Terrier
5.Bull Mastiff
6.Cane Corso
7.Doberman
8.Dog Bordeau
9.German Shepherd.
10.Dogo Argentino.
Hope i helped you.
Great Pyrenees have a bite pressure of 900 pounds per square inch... they could sever a grown man's spine in one bite.
I do not believe it has been tested yet but I will keep looking. Great Danes are in the mastiff group so maybe similar to some mastiffs.
Its impossible to tell how many pounds of pressure any dog has. How do you know the dog is biting his hardest.
I got my Great Pyrenees from www.goldstrikeboergoats.com

How come your jaw become small when pressure is applied? No,it do not make your jaw bone smaller. The high pressure may make your muscles contract and make them stiff leading to less jaw movement. So you might get a feeling of smaller jaw.
