asking questions
Asking questions....
Try expanding your knowledge on a topic that has been briefly covered in the class for the paper. Consider doing a topic that interests you, and you will probably be more successful.
That depends on the topic. If the topic is a very large one to start with, you might need to narrow it instead of expanding it. If the topic is already narrow enough, but you are trying to gather enough information for a paper, that is usually where asking and answering questions comes in handy... it can help you think about where you need more information. How broad the topic gets doesn't just depend on asking and answering questions, but on what you are trying to accomplish... are you writing a paragraph, or are you writing a novel? Are you writing a bumper sticker or a 5-paragraph essay? Theoretically, your topic can be as broad as you want... but readers, even when they are reading a universe-spanning novel, want details about characters, etc. So, expand your topic all you want... but stop when it is large enough to write about. Get that part out, and then you can always ask more questions later.

In your mind, change the topic sentence into a question. If the information can be used as an answer to that question, then it is good supporting information. Any information which does not directly answer the topic "question" can be eliminated.

By making sure you have enough information on the main topic. I don't know what a lyrictist even is though?
With the internet ever expanding its knowledge and information one can find numerous sites in regards to cardinals. From conception to leaving the nest. You can also visit your local library on this topic also.
When a topic is too narrow, it means that it is overly specific and may not provide enough substance for a comprehensive discussion or analysis. It may limit the breadth of information available and make it difficult to find relevant sources or details to support the topic.
