there isn't just one but the main keys are: Stop when you are happy with your weight excersise everyday eat healthly like fruit and vedge have smaller portions of food eat three meals a day don't eat any junk food it sounds alot but i do all these and have been doing all these for months and i got used to it with in a week. I am actually only a teen too. i was a size 16 and now i am a size 8
