Dead Sea
There is no border between Israel and Yemen, and no lake that even touches both of them.
The most famous lake in Israel is the Kinneret or Sea of Galilee. The name Sea is misleading because it is landlocked (and freshwater.) The Dead Sea is also landlocked but is shared between Israel & Jordan There are many reservoirs but these are mainly man made.
Jorden Lake is a major lake.

There is no "Lake of Death" however the Dead sea is on the border between Israel and Jordan. Just north of Masra.
The Sea of Galilee(Lake Kinneret) lies in the Northern District of Israel. It is fed by the Jorden river and several underground springs. Lake Kinneret is about 33 miles long and 8 miles wide. It does not have storms any more than average lakes. However, since it sits in a valley, the lake can be prone to somewhat higer winds at times.
The largest freshwater lake in Israel is the Sea of Galilee (×›× ×¨×ª Kinneret in Hebrew).

The Dead Sea is located between two countries, Jordan and Israel. It is a endorheic lake that is located in the Jordan Rift Valley.
There is no border that is shared by Germany and Spain. The only lake in that direction is Lake Constance, which forms part of the border between Germany and Switzerland.
