They speak whatever language(s) is native to them and/or the language they need to communicate in their country of residence.
As a group they speak every language in the world. Individually they speak their native language and what The Bible speaks of as the "pure language" of bible truths.

We speak the language of the nation in which we live, generally. Many speak other languages as well.

Wherever we are, we all try to speak the unifying pure language of truth. (Zephaniah 3:9)

Our publications are printed in many languages, in addition to material which is also available in various Braille and Sign Languages.

How many languages are there? We try to reach every nation tribe and tongue. We are close to reaching all. Plus we have peace we do not go to war, no matter what country we live in. We put God Jehovah before country. We will not fight we have been unfairly persecuted because of our neutral stand but if you have lost a loved one in a war you can rest assured it was not by a Jehovah's witness.

If you're asking what is the language origin of the name Jehovah, it's Hebrew. The Hebrew Tetragrammaton (4 letter word) is YHWH and is translated as JHVH or Jehovah in English. Hope that answers your question :)
