### Is a megabyte the largest unit of measurement?

For measuring computer storage (memory), both gigabyte and
terabyte are larger. See related link for more prefixes. Note that
there has been some confusion with using the 'metric' prefixes with
memory. Originally, a kilobyte was 1024 bytes (not 1000), and a
megabyte was (1024 x 1024 = 1048,576 bytes)

### How much is 223 gigabytes?

A regular mp3/song on a computer is about 4 or 5 megabytes. To
explain a gigabyte, the conversion is 1000 megabytes = 1
gigabyte.
So 223 gigabytes is a lot of memory. A lot of songs, pictures
and other goodies
Your average picture is from around 1 to 2 megabytes
Smallest to largest size it goes; byte, kilobyte, megabyte,
gigabyte... each converting by 1000
Hope that helped even slightly =D
