Not all sub-glacial lakes have been 'discovered' in Antarctica, but to date, about 400 have been identified. The largest found to date is Lake Vostok, which measures about 6,058 mi² in area, with a surface elevation of -1,640'. It is about 155.3 miles long, 31.07 miles wide and about 1,129' deep.
