The 2003 Chevrolet Tahoe (4WD) was offered in 16 and 17 inch wheels. The 16 inches sizes included 265/70/16, 245/75/16, 265/75/16 and 265/70/17. If the vehicle is fitted with aftermarket wheels and tires (and the load rating is appropriate) 26 inch wheels with 305/30/26 are possible.

No, that tire is to tall (32.80 inches), a 265/35/22 (29.30) or 285/30/22 (28.73) would fit better. (Stock is 28.87)

I'm not sure about the 06-09 Wranglers but everything before 06 could accomidate a 31" Tire stock with no lift. If you get a 2.5" or 3" lift you can fit 33 inch tires
