No, there is no Chapter 25 in the original "Heart no Kuni no Alice" manga series. The manga consists of multiple volumes, but Chapter 24 is the last chapter in the series.
In the book, Alice's Adventures in Wonderland, Alice first encounters the Cheshire Cat in Chapter 6, Pig and Pepper. He is sitting by the fire in the Duchess' house and smiling broadly. After Alice leaves the house, she sees him again, sitting in a tree, and talks to him for a while. The next, and last, time she meets him is in Chapter 8, The Queen's Croquet Ground, where only his head appears, much to the consternation of the King of Hearts.
It is episode 20 i think
so far there are 136 chapters and 137 is coming out soon
The Cheshire Cat appears at the end of chapter 15, but only for the last two or three panels. Chapter 16 is where he is introduced into the series properly. Hope this helped :)
No, the series is now completed with 181 chapters.

No one... the creator of the books is still writing them. There have been many polls... and the top two are Peter White and Blood. In the very last manga (SPOILER ALERT IF YOU HAVE NOT READ ALL THE MANGA), the Queen spills that Blood has a lot of affection for Alice. Alice merely smiles happily, and that is the end of the latest manga. Sorry... you'll have to wait. We'll ALL have to wait! I hope it's Blood, Ace, or Boris. (Mostly Blood.)
In the book Alice's Adventures in Wonderland, the eight of hearts is one of the children of the royal family. It isn't mentioned specifically, but the roles of the cards are explained in Chapter 8, The Queen's Croquet-Ground."First came ten soldiers carrying clubs; these were all shaped like the three gardeners, oblong and flat, with their hands and feet at the corners: next the ten courtiers; these were ornamented all over with diamonds, and walked two and two, as the soldiers did. After these came the royal children; there were ten of them, and the little dears came jumping merrily along hand in hand, in couples: they were all ornamented with hearts. Next came the guests, mostly Kings and Queens, and among them Alice recognised the White Rabbit: it was talking in a hurried nervous manner, smiling at everything that was said, and went by without noticing her. Then followed the Knave of Hearts, carrying the King's crown on a crimson velvet cushion; and, last of all this grand procession, came THE KING AND QUEEN OF HEARTS."Alice's Adventures in Wonderland (see related link below)
In chapter 2 of The Kite Runner, the country is ruled by the monarchy of King Zahir Shah. He was the last King of Afghanistan before the monarchy was overthrown in a coup in 1973.
