It is very important to understand the great speech given my Martin Luther King Jr. The last part of his speech, he has a dream that freedom will ring, that people of every color will be able to hold hands peacefully.
On 28 August 1963 at the Lincoln Memorial in Washington, D.C. Those are the last lines of his "I have a Dream" speech.

Lets take the First Amendment of the US Constitution as an example. The last part of it apples to freedom of speech. The Supreme Court has ruled that the part dealing with freedom of speech means that you can flash your headlights on a car to warn other drivers that there is a speed trap ahead That is an example of judicial interpretation..
