When you've finished all required tasks on a playground, including the first 15 gag track tasks, you'll be given a final task (actually, a series of tasks) to do. Finishing that gives you your gag track.
How do you start toon up in toontown?
First you need to visit Flippy or any other person associated with the Toontask "Gag Training". I don't remember what it's exactly called, because I haven't done it in a while. Then, when you choose to start Toon-up Gag Training, you will need to do Toontasks with rewards called "Toon-up Track *insert numbers 1-15 here*". Do those tasks and you will finally get a Toontask with the reward called "Final Gag Track" or something like that. Do that task. You will then get Toon-up. Hope this helped ^.^

you dont have to be a member you can get the last tasks on either toon up drop sound lure ect. you got to professer pete and he will let you do the task but the last training task is always the hardest so good luck. :)

There actually is a 16th gag track. I just happened upon it in my own toontown account. However, it says you have to become a member in order to do it. I found that you just have to go to the npc and get the task(its a very long but easy task).

Trap is your third gag track choice. your forth is last because you can have maximum of 6 out of 7. to get trap you must go to HQ and they will give you a task to choose between trap and something. if you pick the other one, you still have one chance to get trap at your last gag choice. once you get it, HAVE FUN WITH IT!

In order to get all 7 gag tracks you must hack into the software. This is illegal and will result in termination of your account(s). You will also not be allowed to create new accounts. Playing the game fair and square is by having only 6 out of the 7 gag tracks. If you don't like a gag track you picked, you will have to make a new toon. To get more gags of each track you must unlock skill points. You do this by using the gags in that track you already have.
