From Lake of the Woods (Manitoba/Minnesota) to Georgia Strait (British Columbia/Washington), the International Boundary between Canada and the US is the 49th parallel of latitude.

Between Lake of the Woods and Georgia Strait, the 49th parallel is the southern boundaries of the Canadian provinces of Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta and British Columbia.

Along that portion of the International Boundary are located the northern boundaries of the US states of Minnesota (part) North Dakota, Montana, Idaho and Washington (part).
