Expressed Powers, i mean i think thats what my teacher said lol
US Congress.
The law-making branch. In USA- Congress
You are probably groping for the word "Congress." The US Congress is "bicameral" meaning it consists of two bodies. One body is called the Senate. The other is called the House of Representatives.
Under Article II of the Constitution, the President is granted the power to deal with foreign affairs: this can be entering and discussing treaties, policy decisions, meetings with foreign heads of state, and executive agreements. However, treaties that the President enters into must be approved by Congress (2/3)--these are called congressional executive agreements, and they can be ex-ante or ex-post. Further, Congress can delegate certain elements of its own powers, such as law-making, if it is deemed to be closely connected with the President's goals of foreign policy.
the process is called making a recess appointment. The appointment can be reversed by a majority of the congress when they return, but otherwise will stand. At least that's my understanding.
Legislating is an eleven letter word for Congress making laws.
legislative and congress
wanted to improve the government by making laws.
By making the Bill of Rights.
The two bodies of the legislative or 'law making' branch are called the Congress. The two bodies are the US House of Representatives and the US Senate.
