The President
A parliamentary form of government chooses it's executive leader (usually called a Prime Minister) from the elected legislative body. In these countries there is usually a head of state who acts as the ceremonial leader.
Heads of the departments are called secretaries. But, the other title is the Attorney General which is the head of the Department of Justice.

In most cases the function of each department is clear from its name. Interior deals with such things as national parks and forests, wildlife preservation areas, waterways ,water rights, and Indian affairs.
