What is the leaf of a flower?

Assuming you are talking about the blossom, then the "leafy part" of the blossom is called the petal.

The flower is the fruit & sex organ of the plants. A lot of energy is devoted to plant reproduction, and thus the real leaves, generally green, perform photosynthesis and supply the energy to the flowers.
