4" cutting edge
The max length for a folding knife is 4". I am not sure what the length is for fixed blades, but will find out. here is a helpful link.http:/homezperiodznetcomzperiodzcom/~brlevine/stazhyphenzlawzperiodzhtm
Blade length law Oregon
5" blade. Switch blades are legal, butterfly knives too.
pretty much any blade is legal as long as its not switch blades or has an automatic release
It depends on the length of the blade. The rule of thumb is if the length of the blade is longer than the width of the fingers of your hand stretched apart (generally five and a half to six inches) then the blade will be considered a "consealed weapon" and will be illegal without a license. Anything smaller than that- a "work knife"- should be fine. Contact the police department of the particular place in Oklahoma City you'll be located (Warr Acres, Bethany, The Village) for more information on what is and isn't considered a consealed weapon.
Any fixed blade knife is legal. The law for a folding "pocket knife" no blade longer than 3" can be concealed. Therefore it is legal to own any knife although you can not conceal (hide on your person) any non-fixed blade over 3".
Yes. Most knifes are ligal if on private property (switchblades are illegal).
