Well if your doing it yourself then you better have some real salon scissors. 1.) Pull it up into a pony tail. 2.) Find the length you want it. 3.) Cut it and it should be the same length everywere! If your getting it at the salon then tell them you want your hair all one length! NOTICE: Your hair will be the same length whether pulled up or left down. Also remember that if you cut your hair so that it will be one length when it is tied up that when you let it down it will be longer at the sides, shorter at the back and have a curved look to it.
