The lifespan of a boxer closely resembles that of other similar sized breeds. With proper healthcare and diet, they can live between 8-12 years. Boxers are not known to have many health problems, although hip dysplasia, heart mumurs and digestive problems are listed as the primary for this breed.

Different breeds of dog have different life span. For example, but most breeds have an average of 10-15 years.

Examples:

BEAGLE - 11 to 13 years

AMERICAN COCKER SPANIEL - 10 to 12 years

SCHIPPERKES - They live into their 20s and are considered the longest lived dog breed.

You really shouldn't breed before the dog is 2 years old. They aren't fully grown until after 3 years of age, but some develop sooner. I am breeding at the age of 2 1/2.

Depending on the indiviudual dog health, breeding an elder dog, can harm them because of the health issues. Breeding a boxer at the age of 6 is probably fine. After that, I would ask your vet.

Can you buy a 3 week old boxer puppy?

No, I do not believe that you can get a puppy that is 3 weeks old. As far as I know, the puppy of any breed has to be at least 6 weeks old in order to take it home. Sorry if this answer is disappointing, but the puppy has to stay with its mother for that long.

How do you know if your boxer puppy is injured?

For starters, is your puppy limping, yelping, or doing anything else that is abnormal? If he/she is, it's more than likely injured. If I were you, I would keep an eye on your boxer for a while. Keep an eye out for anything of the sort that could prove that your puppy is injured.
