This is more of a "yes and no" question, rather than a true or false. Here's why: yes, John Robbins (the son of Irv Robbins, co-founder of Baskin-Robbins) wrote an article in 2011 about the link between lifestyle and poor health. BUT, it should be noted that his article is based on his opinion. He has come to believe that ice cream is not good for you, and he is selling a book about his theories on diet and health. Whether what he is saying is true, whether you agree with his theories, and whether you then decide to buy his book, is entirely up to you. I enclose a link to his article. That said, even people not selling books would agree that eating too much high-fat food, or too much "junk food" is not good for your health; so in that regard, yes there is a link between lifestyle and poor health. But it should be noted there are many factors that influence health, including the genetic background you have inherited, where you live (for example, some cities are overcrowded, polluted and have no place for kids to get any exercise), and whether your family can afford healthy foods.
A poor lifestyle and diet.
some negative effects would be poor nutrtion, lack of sleep, and a sedentary lifestyle.
