There's not an actual link you just have to log onto your MySpace or Facebook go to Mafia Wars and the link for anything you click on that game is always the same. For example the link to go to the hospital is the same as collections. The game has only one link so basically all you'll get it Mafia Wars link.

Where to find the bouncer in Mafia Wars?
You can get a bouncer from your friends, its another free give away, you used to only be able to send items but now u can send boosts when you go into the game. I'm unsure if there is any other way of getting one, ask a member or your mafia to send you one when they get the chance if you really want one but you can get boosts from vaulting collections also.
