Kairi uses a keyblade for only one scene in Kingdom Hearts 2, and the name of the keyblade has never been mentioned nor has anyone in the game really acknowledged that she was using one. The creators of Kingdom Hearts say that Kairi is able to use a Keyblade due to the strength of her heart which leads fans to speculate that Cinderella, Aurora, Snow White, Alice, Jasmine, and Belle may be able to use Keyblades as well.
Riku uses many keyblades throughout Kingdom Hearts 2. He is first seen with the Soul Eater Keyblade, which cannot be obtained. He is then seen with the OblivionKeyblade, which he gives to you at The World That Never Was, right before entering the castle. The last keyblade he is seen with is the Way To The Dawn Keyblade, which also cannot be obtained.

Maurice Barnett's edit:
It depends what you are looking for. Me personally, I want the most strength so I would get the Fenrir. This is how: You talk to Sephiroth and then you initiate a fight with him. After you do this, you talk to Cloud and then go to Sephiroth and talk to him again. After the cutscene, Tifa will give you the Fenrir which has 7 strength and 1 magic ;)
Sora uses many Keyblades throughout the game, in the form of Cards. Outside of battle, he is always seen with the Kingdom Key.

The keyblades used in 358/2 days are changed based on what 'gear' you buy from the Organization Moogle. So far the only list I've seen is one I've compiled myself:
Skill Gear = Missing Ache
Technical Gear = Omnious Blight
Dual Gear = Abaddon Plasma
Loaded Gear = Pain of Solitude
Chrono Gear = Sign of Innocence
Phantom Gear = Crown of Guilt
Life Gear = Abyssal Tide
Nimble Gear = Leviathan
Wild Gear = True Light's Flight
Omnious Gear = Rejection of Fate
Valor Gear = Midnight's Roar
Fearless Gear = Glimpse of Darkness
Prestige Gear = Total Eclipse
Crisis Gear = Silent Dirge
Hazard Gear = Darker than Dark
Champion Gear = Maverick Flare
Ultimate Gear = Twilight Blaze
Pandora's Gear = Omega Weapon
Riku gives it to her so she can help him fight off the Heartless and help Sora.
It is revealed that she can use the keybade, because Aqua let Kairi touch or hold her keyblade during KHBBS.
In Kingdom Hearts II, Riku is first seen as a cloaked figure that helps Sora in certain parts of the game (ex: Land Of Dragons). He uses the Soul Eater during these parts of the game. Riku then uses the Oblivion, but gives it to Sora before they enter the castle in The World That Never Was. The keyblade that Riku uses after that is The Way To Dawn. It resembles the Soul Eater, but has some Oblivion and Oathkeeper attributes. An emblem that resembles the Heartless symbol is used as the keychain.
In my opinion the Ultima Keyblade is the longest Keyblade in Kingdom hearts 2
Sorry for spelling but Flouring Steangth

You will get The Key blade in Kingdom hearts 2 after you go back to pride lands and completed the world.
The Edge of Ultima is not a Keyblade that can be used in the actual game; it can only be obtained through cheating.
He can't. That is Riku's keyblade. actually, he can because as long as you're a keyblade master, you can use anyones keyblade. for example, at the end of KH2 when sora killed Xemnas, or when riku gave kairi her keyblade.
no you cant

Only in Kingdom Hearts 2 does she have a Keyblade. In Kingdom Hearts, she's unconscious for most of the game.
In both Kingdom Hearts and Kingdom Hearts 2 the first keyblade used by Sora is the Kingdom Key.
