The current world record for the longest time spent underwater in a single breath is 24 minutes and 3.45 seconds, achieved by Aleix Segura Vendrell in 2016. This was achieved through a practice known as static apnea, where the individual stays submerged without moving.

I don't know how long YOU can hold your breath under water but at 2008, a man named David Blaine broke the world record for holding his breath for seventeen minutes and four seconds underwater.

It would have to be an alligator because they survived under the ice when everything happened . They probaly didnt even know what was happening because they were under all the at that time. They are lucky they survived !
