The theme for the book was to have one person who was caught between two lives and in the end they would have to hurt alot of people because they lied but they figured out a very important thing that the truth will never hurt unless the other person loves you then you would be out of luck.

The theme of "Nothing but the Truth" by Avi revolves around the consequences of dishonesty and the power of truth. The book explores how misunderstandings, rumors, and secrets can escalate into major conflicts when the truth is not communicated openly and honestly.

There are many external conflicts in this book, but I think the biggest one is Phillip was suspended, because that caused a big stir in school and in the country.

What is the theme of the book So B It?

I think the theme is that the truth will set you free. Heide learnt that lies were senseless (etc) and by the end of the book she was told the truth about her life and where she had come from. Because of that she was set free and was able to live a better life. She also realized that the truth may not always be what you or others want to believe.
