The same as any other person. There is no special diet for Pagans or Wiccans. Pagans and Wiccans are normal people.

As part of a reverence for all life or for reasons of personal choice, some, but certainly not all pagans are vegitarian or even vegan. But as stated above, we are just like everyone else.
