It was the Cocker spaniel.
Yes, a Cocker Spaniel can breed with a Labrador Retriever, as they are both members of the canine family and share compatible reproductive systems. The offspring of such a pairing are often referred to as "Spanador" or "Lab Spaniel" mixes. However, responsible breeding practices should be followed to ensure the health and well-being of both parents and their puppies.
Richard Nixon had two dogs during his presidency: a Cocker Spaniel named Checkers and a Irish Setter named King Timahoe.
A jelly-like lump on your black lab cross cocker spaniel's head could be a benign cyst or a lipoma, which are common in dogs and typically harmless. It could also be a hematoma or an abscess resulting from an injury or infection. However, it's important to have a veterinarian evaluate the lump to determine its nature and whether any treatment is necessary. Regular monitoring and seeking professional advice are key to ensuring your dog's health.
yes
In mixed breeds, there's no way to tell the exacts. An American Cocker Spaniel is an avg. of 15' tall, and a lab is an avg. of 22' tall, so any height there or in between is possible. Good luck ;)
Intelegence is not related to species.
In my opinion, labs are the best for families and homes. Labrador Retrievers are friendly and smart. They learn to be housebroken easily, and they can also learn tricks quickly. My house has 2 labs and a King Charles Cocker Spaniel. There has always been a lab in my home. Ever since I was born. They come in Black, Yellow, and Chocolate. (Except our yellow lab is white.)
Well the crossed breed lab has the qualities of the lab and of the other dog breed the purebred lab has only the qualities of a lab. Some say that crossbreed dogs are smarter since they have two or more breeds in them. I would have to agree I own two lab mixes and they are smart dogs.
he has three dogs: a rescue dog, a springer spaniel, and a white lab.
I have a lab cocker mix and she looks like a short labrador. she had the cocker eyes and sometimes spitefull attitude, and lab length fur but waved from the cocker in her. very good loyal well behaved dogs.
Some of the most popular dog breeds are labs (and lab mixes), yorkies, shih-tzus, chihuahuas, huskies, bulldogs, bichon frise, cocker spaniel, havanese, dachshund, goldens, and mixes of some of the various breeds. i don't know if you are planning on getting a dog but please consider a mutt!
