Testosterone is the hormone. It is secreted by testis
Estrogen is the main hormone involved with puberty in girls
Antidiuretic hormone (ADH) and Oxytocin are both hormones stored and secreted by the posterior pituitary gland. The main functions of Oxytocin are aiding in sexual reproduction. The main function of ADH is retaining fluid in the body.
The main androgen is Testosterone with increasing levels that begins Puberty and the Secondary Sexual Characteristics in males. Testosterone is produced in the testes. It encourages growth and maturation. Also important to mention is the Follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) which enhances spermatogenesis. And, Dihydrotestosterone (DHT) which similarly to testosterone, is a male reproductive hormone that helps the external genitalia to grow and become fertile.
The one I would think of first is melatonin. It is not only a brain hormone, but also the main pigment in both skin and hair.
Testosterone is considered the main male hormone

Epinephrine (also known as adrenaline) and norepinephrine are the two major neurotransmitters involved in the fight or flight response. The main hormone involved in the stress response is cortisol.
There are many hormones which stimulate activity in the ovaries. The two main ones are FSH (follicle-stimulating hormone) and LH (luteinizing hormone). FSH triggers the growth of an ovum, and LH is involved in causing ovulation (the release of the ovum/egg).
Testosterone is the main male hormone
The main hormone causing puberty in girls is Estrogen.
Estrogen is the main hormone to cause the development of secondary female sexual characteristics. Progesterone does play some role, but most of the changes come from estrogen.
