∙ 14y agoA heart attack happens when you eat too much junk food. The heart pumps blood giving oxygen to all parts of the body, including itself. When one of the blood vessels gets blocked, it can't give oxygen to any place beyond it. That part of the heart that doesn't get oxygen, begins to die. That is called a HEART ATTACK (Myocardial Infarction).

2.congenital defects(weak heart muscles,weak valves etc)

Which means your artery gets thick and pressure goes up.The blocked artery that supplies blood to the heart muscles stop functioning depriving the muscles with nutrition & oxygen
