It depends on what the rooms are used for

The names of the rooms in a church are as followed: the church office, the prayer room, the gym, the kitchen, the fellowship hall, the board room, the nursery, the children's Sunday school room, the youth room and last but not least the sanctuary

these are the names of the 10 rooms in a Catholic church

I think you will find that answer inaccurate. MY catholic church does not have a gym, kitchen, board room, nursary, Sunday school room or youth room. A sanctuary is a space or area rather than a room. Rooms are named for their purpose so as already mentioned, if you are wanting the names of rooms in a church, it depends on their purpose.

In my catholic church there is a church office, a prayer room , a kitchen, a kids Sunday school, and a sanctuary. The answer above is correct. It depends on the purpose of the room. You could be praying, but you could be praying in a gym, and so on.

In my Father"s House... There are many Mansions!- Likewise large churches such as cathedrals have a variety of auxiliary chapels-usually of limited seating capacity which may ring the Nave or main structure on the sides. Saint Patrick"s Cathedral is a sterling example. These are rarely used for public Masses, but may be used for private devotionals and some are used as mortuary chapels when and if the need arises- one church in Jersey City has a side chapel ( off the Main line) for this practice so it is not confined to Cathedrals. The Main center aisle is usually called the Nave- and the main altar is front-and-center. Many Catholic churches have two side-altars usually the left one is styled the (Lady Chapel) as it is dedicated to Saint Mary and has artwork or statues, etc, honoring her. The auxilliary altar to the right is sometimes called the St. Joseph"s chapel. Only on special church holidays- such as Holy Thursday, are all three altars in priestly action, though the communion rail covers the entire front of the building or altar ground. I am describing in part, St. Aedan"s there are also confessional booths which are not, strictly speaking ( room) but one-person booths.

a sanctuary

The sanctuary is the elevated space where the ceremonies are led from. The nave is the name of the space people gather in. If there is not archetectural differences, ie the sanctuary is not elevated, then the whole space could be called the sanctuary.
