No. The Talmud is an explanatory legal treatise in Judaism. It is not a "sacred text" nor is it affiliated with Christianity in any way. (The Jewish sacred text is the Tanakh or Jewish Bible.)

Islam is the main religion, but many other people not from Bahrain might be Christian, Catholic, Jewish, etc.
To be Jewish can mean you either practice the Jewish religion, or are from a Jewish decent. It is both a race and a religion. Someone that is culturally Jewish may not practice the religion, but has a Jewish heritage. Likewise, people that do practice the Jewish religion do not have to be culturally Jewish, or have Jewish ancestors.
There aren't areas of the Jewish religion.

The major religion in the Pennsylvania area was the Quaker religion. This religion is actually dwindling today and is only a small portion of the religious population in PA.
