That would depend on what you believe makes a man 'manly'. If you are looking for breakfast choices that make your body appear more masculine (more muscle, less body fat), then low fat, low sugar, high protein choices would be good. But breakfast isn't the only time you'd have to make good choices to achieve this. You could have the perfect breakfast and then overcome that accomplishment with other poor choices for lunch, dinner and exercises programs.
