Market stalls are for the storage and sale of bushel in FarmVille. When you harvest crops on Farmville, you may find one or more bushels of that crop. If you have placed a market stall on your farm, those bushels are both stored and put up for sale in the market stall. Your neighbors can buy the bushels for a limited time. They don't actually costa nything in coin or cahs, but you will receive a reward of coin, experience or fuel based on how many farmers buy bushels from your stall. By default your stall will by open for 24 hours, but the more mastery you have of the crop(s) in it, the longer it will stay open. In addition to the bushels up for sale, some bushels are placed in storage for your use. You can use bushels to give yourself an extra mastery point for every plot of that crop that you harvest, however this bonus only lasts for 2 hours. You can also use bushels to craft goods if you have placed a crafting cottage on your farm. Harvest more crops and get more bushels to re-open your stall, and the process begins again.

How many neighbors do you need to buy another market stall in FarmVille?
Update:Currently a market stall can be purchased with 50,000 coins, and there seems to be no need to have a certain amount of neighbors to have however many market stalls you need or want to buy.Previously:Your ability to purchase additional Market Stalls for coins is dependent on the number of neighbors that you have. After gaining your first Market Stall, if you have 8 or fewer neighbors, you'll need to add enough neighbors to have 10 in total. If you have 9 or more, with each Market Stall that you acquire, the ability to purchase additional Market Stalls for coins is locked until you gain two more neighbors. (ex. If you have 11 neighbors and have already purchased one Market Stall, you'll need to have 13 neighbors in total before you can purchase another Market Stall for coins.) You can purchase up to five stalls.
How do you sell your neibours things on FarmVille?
You can't. You can share bushels, and you may receive a small reward if a neighbor takes from your stall (aka Farmer's Market, a vegetable stand available in the Farmville market). It has been announced that, in the future, farmers will be able to use crops for things like a bakery or winery and sell those goods.
