If it's Mark 925 why does it look gold
This isn't supposed to be here, now is it?
I bought a cheap cz ring from walmart (20 dollars) that has 925 dl in oval and cz 925 is the marking for real silver, it will say sterling or 925 if it is real silver the DLCZ means Diamond Like Carbon, So you have a piece of jewelery that is real silver but fake diamonds...:) The CZ stands for Cubic Zirconia which is basically a man made fake diamond.
925 Means real silver DL means Diamond Like..so probably Cubic Zirconia stones. So..not really expensive.
YES THEY ARE!! The stamp DL is the designers Hallmark and 925 is sterling silver. I also have pieces by this particular jeweler that feature black, white and blue diamonds all of which have tested as a natural diamond. I did notice that he works with genuine stones but typically the stones are small and are mid-grade quality which makes the jewelry more affordable:-)
Most likely it means that the ring is made of 92.5% sterling silver.
