In English there are no masculine or feminine forms. English uses gender specific nouns for male or female. The gender specific noun for a woman you are engaged to is fiancee. The gender specific noun for a man you are engaged to is fiancé.
Fiance with one e (and an accent) is the masculine. Fiancee is the feminine, with an accent over the first e. I can't figure out how to type accents on windows, though :-/
