112, with 1hp, full d'harok fighting to Undead with a salve amulet, dragon boots, barrows gloves and fire cape. The more hitpoints you loose the more you hit with full dharok. of course you will need to have 99 str to hit 112.

that is wrong i don't know what the official max hit is but I've hit 130 with only 40 strength

I don't think anyone knows plus depends what type of attack your using (melee, mage etc.) and it depends on what your wearing and what potions etc. your using.

The Anger Sword!

The Anger sword is an item that can be used only during the quest "A Soul's Bane", to kill the Angry unicorns. The sword's maximum hit is 2,000, but the player doesn't receive any experience when using it. It is found in the Rage room's weapon rack. As with all Anger weapons, it can't be taken out of the dungeon. Only one Anger weapon is obtainable at a time.

--------- it is possible to hit 51-51 if the target eats somthing before the second arrow hits, ive seen people hit 87-64 on YouTube vids with ags's.

It is also possible to hit more than 51-51 with Castlewar Brace on flagbearer in Castle Wars.

The max hit with a whip with the best strength enhancing Armour and strength boosting prayers and potions is: 480. The abyssal compensates for it's low maximum hit with deadly accuracy and speed.

Recent updates from Jagex made all hits 10 times more than they were before.
