For a typical five axle tractor-trailer unit making interstate runs, 80,000 lbs. without requiring a permit.
44,000 is more like the limit on a tandem trailer.
The maximum weight that can be legally loaded into a trailer varies depending on several factors, including the type of trailer, the vehicle towing it, and local regulations. In the United States, the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) sets a maximum Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) of 80,000 pounds for trucks and trailers on interstate highways, but state laws may impose lower limits. It's essential to check both federal and state regulations, as well as the specific trailer's weight rating, to determine the legal load capacity.
The Maximum Weight varies with the size of the trailer. The Maximum Wait is a different matter.
All tires will have the suggested max PSI range on the side of the tire. Be aware that it's the maximum LOADED weight for that psi so if your not carrying or towing the maximum weight theres no need to run that high. Just lower it 5 psi or so and the tires should wear fine.
