Christopher Nolan's third Batman film is titled "The Dark Knight Rises." It is expected to be released on July 20, 2012.
I believe a one title a knight can go by is 'Sir' but it is only an educated guess.

In that time, Bruce has been treated well, by Alfred and a doctor. In The Dark Knight Rises: Batman gets treatment in the underground-prison he is in, by his cellmate.
