This is just an abomination of wrong words and wrong grammar slapped together.

The closes this could get to being meaningful is like: "If so, then why only you think so highly of me?"

I have to mention again, it's got wrong skiing all over it. 'Kangae tamae' would be 'please think (of)', and bringing that in question form, .. just forget it.
