It is an accepted convention in menu design to use ellipsis (the three dots) to tell the user that further action will be required if they select that menu item.
For example, let's look at the Save vs Save As items:
When you Save a document, it will automatically write the information to the file it is currently working on.
However, if you chose the Save As... option it would pop up a new window for you to choose a new file name or location.
== == Three dots are ellipses, meaning that something is left out. If you combine ellipses with a period, then that would leave four dots... meaning that something is left out, and then it ends.
Holy (or holey) Cow.
Almost all braille is made up of six dots. However, some refreshable Braille displays use eight dots in each cell to save room and make reading quicker.
The Hindi meaning of "save" is "बचाना" (bachana).
You can go under the 3 dots and the bottom left of the screen and click save. Or in the same place press edit town (if you are playing with a sim) and then it will say yes save in the options before you go to the town and click that and it will save. who ever answered this is a complete idiot this advice sucks! it bull CRAP !
