According to Genesis 1. 1 God is the Creator of everything on earth, confirmed by Revelation 4. 11 in these words. "You are worthy, Jehovah our God, to receive the glory and the honour and the power, because you created all things, and because of your will they came into existence and were created."

Isaiah 45: 18 has this to say " For this is what Jehovah says, The Creator of the heavens, the true God, The One who formed the earth, its Maker who firmly established it, who did not create it simply for nothing, but formed it to be inhabited: " I am Jehovah, and there is no one else.

Psalm 83: 18 reads. " May people know that you, whose name is Jehovah, You alone are the Most High over all the earth.

The meaning of the name by which God has presented himself means " He causes to Become" Who and what he is are fully summed up and expressed in Psalm 83: 18 in these words. " The Most High over all the earth".

So to answer your question concerning who is God. God is a spirit, which means invisible to mankind. Read John 4: 24.

A spirit has a form of life that differs greatly from that of humans, and is invisible to human eyes. Spirit beings have a body, " a spiritual one," that is far superior to " a physical body. " Read 1 Corinthians 15: 44; John 1: 18.

The fact that we cannot see God, Jesus was the one who explained him as confirmed in John 1: 18; Matthew 11. 27.
