Assuming you mean that there are contributions listed in your profile that you didn't make, it is related to a bug on the website. For at least the last half of 2015, there was a bug which caused some users to suddenly be logged in as others. Those who were affected could simply log out as soon as they caught it. However, there was a chance that such users would make changes while they were switched, so other users would find activity that they didn't make on their profile.
The simple answer is - you can't ! Your contributions are a permanent feature - available to be seen by anyone. Even if you were to delete every answer you've posted - it shows up on your contributions history.
In the left hand column click"my Contributions" to see any questions you have asked.

As long as there are sensible contributions. Silly answers are removed within a short space of time in relation to when the answer was put on to ensure the site remains useful to people.
